Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of Digital, Data & Analytics (DDA) by executing individual goals, plans, and initiatives that advance the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

The Manager, Programming & Engagement supports the execution of DDA's employee engagement strategy by leading programs, events, communications, and community initiatives that help foster a connected, informed, and engaged workforce. This role serves as the operational engine behind DDA's engagement function, ensuring programs are executed consistently and effectively while supporting the priorities established by the Senior Manager, Programming & Engagement.

Employee Engagement Programs & Community Building
  • Lead the execution of DDA engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee-driven engagement activities across DDA, including DDA Collective and other employee engagement communities.
  • Support onboarding, recognition, learning, and community-building activities.
  • Organize meetings, maintain action plans, track commitments, and support community champions and employee volunteers.
  • Help maintain a pulse on employee engagement and gather feedback to inform future programming.


Flagship Events & Experiences
  • Coordinate planning and lead the delivery of DDA flagship events, including internal conferences, learning events, Hackathons, employee recognition programs, and social events.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, registrations, communications, vendors, and execution activities.
  • Track event budgets and expenses, support forecasting, and coordinate vendor onboarding, invoices, and spend reporting.
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of event experiences.


Communications, Content & Engagement Operations
  • Draft and coordinate communications supporting DDA programming and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain the DDA Community SharePoint Hub and related engagement channels.
  • Maintain annual programming calendars, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness metrics and prepare updates, presentations, and summaries for leadership.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and cross-functional inputs required to support programming and engagement activities.
  • Champion inclusion and accessibility as design principles across programming, content, and events.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in employee engagement, communications, event management, culture programs, project coordination, or related roles.
  • 4+ years working in enterprise-level organizations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work through cross-functional partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting events, communications, engagement programs, employee communities, or culture initiatives.
  • Experience tracking budgets, vendor activities, metrics, and program performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; ; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel domestically.
