We are looking for a
Production Control Manager who owns the execution side of production - translating master schedule into daily shop floor reality, resolving disruptions, and driving OTD across the value stream. Serves as a critical link between planning/ scheduling and manufacturing operations.
Relocation Assistance will be provided.What You Will Do - Monitor daily production status against schedule; identify and escalate variances, delays, and constraints
- Lead shop-floor expediting: help resolve material shortages, team staffing gaps that threaten schedule adherence
- Run weekly production control meetings team meeting/ Health measures meetings
- Manage work order release, prioritization, and re-sequencing in response to real-time disruptions
- Drive root cause analysis on recurring schedule misses; own corrective action follow-through
- Maintain and improve production tracking systems (MES, ERP/SAP) for real-time visibility
- Partner with Master Scheduling to feed back execution constraints into future schedule builds
- Manage a team of production controllers; set priorities and develop/ mentor staff
- Report and manage EOTD/ IOTD/AMS OTD, schedule attainment (OTR/OTS/OTF), Aged WIP/NCM, E&O and other related metrics to leadership
- Support new program introduction, end of life program ramp down, rate changes, and continuous improvement initiatives (lean/Six Sigma).
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience in SAP and/or other ERP system
- Experience in Material management or supply chain or SIOP or Operations.
Qualifications We Prefer- Advanced knowledge and experience of various MS Office software
- Demonstrated experience in application of Lean tools through CI/Kaizen events.
- Demonstrated problem solving, collaboration and influencing others.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Managing resources along with effective time management and organizational skills
- CORE, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
- APICS CPIM certification.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
