Purpose of Job

Contributes to the overall success of the Product Services Group, Global Portfolio Solutions, Global Investment Solutions, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Assist in ensuring consistency, regulatory alignment and client-focused outcomes at scale.

• Champion a client-driven culture and collaborates across business partners to strengthen client outcomes and deepen relationships.
• Be accountable for the oversight and integrity of security risk ratings within PortfolioAid (PA360), ensuring alignment with prescribed methodologies, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct independent research and assessment of new securities to determine appropriate risk ratings, categorization, and classification in line with internal frameworks and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor risk rating consistency and data quality, supporting identification of issues and contributing to enhancements in methodology and governance practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for advisors and Compliance on risk rating inquiries, providing guidance aligned with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and govern the product database, ensuring accurate representation of approved products for distribution, including continuous offerings, non-syndicated offerings, and accredited investor products.
• Support product shelf oversight by reviewing and classifying securities, responding to risk classification inquiries, and ensuring alignment with internal product governance standards.
• Support key Product Services Group functions including structured product review, portfolio and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, validation, and control effectiveness of reports and processes, maintaining adherence to Audit and Compliance standards.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate communication of product updates and changes.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements, incorporating relevant changes into processes and controls.
• Support ongoing product monitoring and regulatory compliance across the product shelf.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, including policies and procedures, to support governance and operational effectiveness.
• Foster an effective control environment aligned with operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk frameworks.
