Serves as an advisor and partner between the business/group and Technology & Operations to define & document technology requirements for a business/group. Provides subject matter expertise for all IT systems related initiatives. Manages initiatives, supports and delivers on operational goals.
Own end-to-end product delivery for MRI Horizon/ProLease across Property Administration, Lease Administration, and Lease Accounting
Lead backlog, prioritization, solution design, delivery, and production support in a complex and highly integrated environment.
Partner closely with Finance, Corporate Real Estate, and Technology to clarify ambiguous requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Hold the vendor accountable for delivery timelines, commitments, quality, and issue resolution while actively managing risks and escalations.
Build strong stakeholder trust, quickly learn system and data dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications:
Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Pay Type:
The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
