Serves as an advisor and partner between the business/group and Technology & Operations to define & document technology requirements for a business/group. Provides subject matter expertise for all IT systems related initiatives. Manages initiatives, supports and delivers on operational goals.

  • Own end-to-end product delivery for MRI Horizon/ProLease across Property Administration, Lease Administration, and Lease Accounting

  • Lead backlog, prioritization, solution design, delivery, and production support in a complex and highly integrated environment.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Corporate Real Estate, and Technology to clarify ambiguous requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.

  • Hold the vendor accountable for delivery timelines, commitments, quality, and issue resolution while actively managing risks and escalations.

  • Build strong stakeholder trust, quickly learn system and data dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and reporting.

  • Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.

Qualifications:

Salary:

$75,900.00 - $141,900.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
