Job Title: Manager - Digital Platforms, Services & Analytics (DMI)

Division: L'OREAL Luxe

Location: El Segundo, CA

Job Summary: L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a technically sharp and analytically driven Manager of Digital Platforms, Services & Analytics to maintain and elevate the global owned digital ecosystem for Urban Decay (UD), IT Cosmetics (ITC), and Youth To The People (YTTP). This role is the operational backbone of the DMI Digital team - responsible for the roll-out and ongoing management of three distinct brand websites, digital services, and the analytics infrastructure that powers smarter decision-making across the portfolio. You will serve as the primary point of contact for local markets, ensuring each brand's digital platforms perform at the highest level - whether that means UD's bold and immersive e-commerce experience, ITC's clinically authoritative and conversion-optimized site, or YTTP's clean, transparent, and sustainably-minded digital home.

The Manager, Digital Platforms, Services & Analytics will be responsible for:

WEBSITE
  • Responsible for web mastering and development on the global brand layer of each brand's website, owning the relationship with the agency partner (CapGemini).
  • Develop and maintain the website functionality roadmap for UD, ITC, and YTTP in alignment with global teams, identifying the most relevant features and functionality for each brand's .com and e-commerce estate.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing teams to co-create digital plans around product launches and key brand moments across the three-brand portfolio (e.g., UD Naked franchise campaigns, ITC hero SKU launches, YTTP Superfood seasonal moments).
  • Ensure beautiful basics are maintained across all website estates for UD, ITC, and YTTP including accessibility standards, page speed optimization, and accurate analytics tagging.
  • Maintain relevant project management systems including JIRA, Confluence, and equivalent tools to ensure transparency and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Responsible for the global SEO strategy (including SEO2GEO) across all three brands in partnership with the Director, Global E-Commerce and CDMO; manage the technical implementation of keywords and metadata provided by the Content/Copy team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local markets, leading regular touchpoints including relevant training and upskilling to drive market capability and consistency.
  • Regularly review the competitive digital landscape across beauty and lifestyle categories, identifying new opportunities to improve the consumer experience for UD, ITC, and YTTP.

DIGITAL SERVICES
  • Manage the digital services roll-out agency to accelerate localization of services across all three brands - including Virtual Try-On, Shade Finder, and other consumer-facing digital tools - ensuring each service reflects the brand's identity and consumer promise.
  • Drive service discoverability across UD, ITC, and YTTP websites through a structured program of reporting, playbooks, and best practice sharing with local markets.
  • Develop and manage all related digital assets designed to drive service discoverability and functionality including CRM touchpoints, banners, and on-site placements tailored to each brand's visual language.
  • Project manage any net-new digital services in partnership with the Digital Services Factory, ensuring seamless integration into each brand's digital ecosystem.

ANALYTICS
  • Own the Google Analytics platform across the three-brand digital estate in partnership with the Solutions Architect, ensuring full compliance with L'Oréal Groupe reporting guidance.
  • Responsible for the Global Digital Dashboard, reporting on relevant digital KPIs for markets and zones across UD, ITC, and YTTP - translating data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic priorities.
  • Leverage analytics to identify performance trends, benchmark against competitive standards, and surface opportunities to improve the digital consumer journey across all three brands.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & MARKET RELATIONSHIP
  • Serve as product owner of Wrike project management software within the Global Digital team, driving adoption and operational best practices across the DMI organization.
  • Act as digital champion for PIM & DAM (OPERA) across the three-brand portfolio, ensuring best practices are followed and timelines are met by cross-functional partners (e.g., Salsify copy workflows).
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across regions to ensure consistency in digital platform standards and online brand experience for UD, ITC, and YTTP.

Job Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital platform management, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple brand websites or digital ecosystems simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of website development, UX best practices, and CMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and familiarity with L'Oréal Groupe reporting frameworks
  • Experience with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, or equivalent platforms
  • Familiarity with digital services (Virtual Try-On, Shade Finder, etc.) and their integration within e-commerce ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of SEO strategy and best practices in an e-commerce context
  • Proven ability to manage agency relationships and hold external partners accountable to timelines and quality standards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business partnerships across Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
