The
Manager, Platform Technology is a hands-on, delivery-focused leader who cares deeply about building stable, high-performing platforms that people can rely on every day. In this role, you9ll take ownership of the health, evolution, and performance of LendCare9s platforms-leading delivery through a blend of vendor partnerships, team leadership, and thoughtful technical oversight. You9ll play a key role in shaping platform enhancements, guiding support operations, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together. Working closely with business leaders, Technical Product, Architecture, and external partners, you9ll help bring ideas to life while championing modern engineering, quality, and DevSecOps practices.
What will you be doing?- Platform Delivery and Engineering Leadership
- Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
- Drive best practices using Agile and DevSecOps approaches to enable faster, more reliable delivery cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, reduce technical debt, and optimize overall platform performance.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on platform performance, development progress, and support metrics.
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality changes are deployed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for development and QA partners, ensuring accountability, strong performance, and timely delivery.
- Support a core technology roadmap that aligns IT initiatives with the business9s short- and long-term goals.
- Platform Operations and Reliability
- Lead the day-to-day support of enterprise platforms, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and root causes are addressed.
- Support release management activities by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and minimize disruption.
- Maintain clear visibility into platform issues and defects, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement in support processes.
- Assist in major incident management by bringing together the right resources and supporting investigation and resolution efforts.
- Integration & Solution Enablement
- Oversee the planning and execution of platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.
- Ensure platform documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with operational standards, including support procedures and integration specifications.
What experience do you have?- Bachelor9s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master9s degree is considered an asset.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or platform-specific credentials (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are an advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in platform support, software delivery, or technical vendor management within an enterprise environment.
- Experience managing third-party development and support partners, including performance tracking and escalation management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform operations, including incident management, release coordination, and integration support.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive resolution through collaboration and structured analysis.
We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to
