Manages performance against targets (cycle time, accuracy, service levels, rework), reassigns work, and resolves issues within defined guidelines.
Aligns cross-functional handoffs with pharmacists, technicians, operations, and technology partners to ensure continuity and adherence to service expectations.
Implements approved process and tool changes, validates outcomes using defined metrics, and documents improvements for local standardization.
Guides team capability through onboarding, cross-training, schedule adherence, and performance feedback to sustain delivery quality.
Controls project execution routines including scope tracking, risk identification, dependency management, and change control for small to moderate initiatives.
Communicates status, risks, and performance insights, providing structured updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, health administration, operations management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or pharmacy project coordination, or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
Certification in professional project management, pharmacist, pharmacy technician registration or licensure, or equivalent preferred.
