Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator, Delivery Solutions Manager is a key team member who coordinates and drives the accurate and timely delivery of critical compliance, cybersecurity, and information security priorities across a mid-sized, cross-functional team. This position serves as the central delivery solutions lead - managing dependencies, aligning contributors, and ensuring key protection initiatives are executed with discipline and accountability to safeguard systems, operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead delivery of compliance, cybersecurity, and information security initiatives across multiple work streams, ensuring priorities are clearly owned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Manage and align cross-functional contributors by assigning work, reviewing progress, managing performance, and supporting the development of team members involved in delivery - operating within established guidelines to drive consistent outcomes.
  • Oversee cross-team handoffs, escalation paths, and dependency management to reduce delivery disruptions, protect execution timelines, and maintain clear accountability across all active security and compliance workstreams.
  • Drive resource allocation, staffing coverage, and work prioritization within budget guardrails to maintain delivery momentum and ensure continuous progress on critical cybersecurity and compliance obligations.
  • Establish and maintain delivery routines - including weekly planning, status tracking, risk escalation, and operational reviews - to improve visibility, strengthen execution discipline, and keep stakeholders informed on progress against key priorities.
  • Lead resolution of delivery blockers and operational issues by leveraging data, established policies, and cross-team coordination; escalating exceptions with clear options and recommendations when required.
  • Shape and improve delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to increase throughput, reduce risk exposure, and confirm adherence to privacy, security, and compliance controls that protect Cencora's systems, operations, and clients.


Priorities Include:

  • Dedicated Production & Infrastructure Support Lead a dedicated production and infrastructure support function that shields current SMEs from operational noise - enabling them to focus on high-priority ICS business deliverables, accelerate client support outcomes, and consistently meet business growth KPIs.


  • Operational Standardization & Coverage Maturity Standardize runbooks, establish clear SLAs, and implement targeted tooling enhancements to stabilize throughput, strengthen 24/7 on-call coverage, and deliver consistent, audit-ready outcomes that align with ICS growth objectives and compliance requirements.


  • Operational Controls & Delivery Excellence Establish and continuously mature operational controls, structured delivery routines, and process improvements - driving reliability, reducing risk, and building a scalable foundation that supports long-term team performance and business demands.


Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience required.


Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in support engineering, technical operations, production support, systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, delivery leadership, or people management capacity required.
  • Prior experience identifying and creating solutions of delivery blockers and operational issues
  • Experience working within a large enterprise level IT Operation environment
  • Experience driving reliability, reducing risk, and building a scalable foundation that supports long-term team performance and business demands.
  • Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
  • Well versed at working within and leading a dedicated production and infrastructure support function
  • Ability to improve delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to increase throughput, reduce risk exposure, and confirm adherence to privacy, security, and compliance controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management, team collaboration skills to work successfully with business leaders
