Full Job Description
As the Manager, People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and day-to-day HR support for our Pharmacy teams. This role reports into the People team and serves as the primary People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team, helping align business goals with talent strategies.

Acting as a trusted and collaborative advisor, you will build strong relationships across functions, bring sound judgment to complex employee matters, and ensure alignment with broader People team programs and policies. You will champion high performance and engagement, and help leaders navigate organizational change and employee relations with clarity, consistency and pragmatism. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring thoughtful partnership to leaders at all levels, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset that builds trust and drives progress.

This role is embedded onsite, with its primary location at our Romeoville, IL facility, and requires regular travel to other pharmacy sites, including Florida and California. This role requires consistent onsite presence during core business hours to effectively support a fully in-person workforce.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted, collaborative People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team.

  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational objectives, ensuring business outcomes are met.

  • Drive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design initiatives across the pharmacy function.

  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback delivery, , team development practices, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution, ensuring consistency with company practices and principles.

  • Foster a positive and compliant employee relations environment through proactive communication and fair application of policies.

  • Lead employee relations matters end-to-end, including conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations; documenting findings; assessing risk; and recommending appropriate actions in alignment with company policies and employment law.

  • Collaborate with Performance & Growth, Compensation, Recruiting, and Legal to implement and adapt programs to meet the needs of the pharmacy sites and Logistics teams.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including support for operations, warehouse, or frontline teams.

  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to support evening or off-shift employees, including periodic onsite presence outside standard business hours.

  • Experience with OSHA regulations or workplace safety programs in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or logistics environments preferred.

  • Experience working with UKG (HRIS system) is a plus.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $116,000 to $135,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
