Job SummaryThe Manager, People Analytics develops and delivers workforce analytics solutions that transform associate and organizational data into actionable insights. This role designs and manages analytics products, dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making and talent strategies. The position serves as a trusted advisor to Human Resources and business leaders by translating workforce data into meaningful recommendations. The role advances people analytics capabilities through data governance, automation, and business intelligence while ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.
What you will be doing:- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and scalable reporting that supports workforce and business decisions.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights related to staffing, retention, turnover, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
- Create data visualizations and reporting tools that communicate complex information in a clear and actionable manner.
- Gather business requirements and translate organizational needs into analytics products and reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve analytics products and reporting capabilities based on stakeholder feedback and business priorities.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of workforce data across multiple systems and data sources.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, metric definitions, data governance practices, and data quality controls.
- Support compliance with data privacy, security, and company policy requirements related to workforce data.
- Partner with Human Resources, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide workforce insights and analytical support.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions, develop recommendations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present workforce analytics, trends, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute people analytics strategies, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with business and Human Resources objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage workforce data to improve organizational performance and talent outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance people analytics capabilities.
What we need from you:- 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, Human Resources Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting methodologies, data security, and privacy requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, support change, and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
What we also value (preferred): - Associate degree or professional certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Human Resources Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with workforce analytics, reporting automation, predictive analytics, or workforce planning.
- Experience supporting people analytics initiatives in a complex or multi-location organization.
