Job Description
Implements initiatives and strategies to optimize business processes. Improves operational efficiency including employee productivity and budget spending. Works with Supervisors and Directors to ensure all goals are being met across the division. Oversees compliance of HSB standards, practices and quality control activities. Ensures performance management practices are equitably applied to all team members and is a point of escalation as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years previous leadership or supervisory experience

- Leadership skills
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Time management skills
- Prioritization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong administrative, management and personnel recruitment skills
