The Manager, Operations Strategy & Performance reports to the Director, COBE Enablement and plays a key role in supporting the execution of the Canada Operations & Business Enablement strategy. This role helps translate strategic priorities into structured plans, performance insights and reporting.
Working closely with the Director and in partnership with business, operations, technology, finance, and communications partners, the Manager, COBE Performance supports many of the team's core initiatives, including executive updates, portfolio reporting, leadership forums, and recognition activities. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can connect details to broader outcomes, bring structure to ambiguity, and help leaders make informed decisions.
What you will do- Support the definition, refinement, and execution of the Canada Operations & Business Enablement strategy by coordinating planning activities, tracking priorities, and translating strategic objectives into actionable workplans and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with the Director to support annual and quarterly planning processes, including consolidation of inputs, timeline management, dependency tracking, and preparation of materials for leadership and governance forums.
- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and updates that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
- Coordinate leadership forums by preparing agendas, materials, decisions, and follow-up actions that help drive alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Technology, Business PMO, Finance, Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure plans, messages, and deliverables are integrated and aligned.
- Contribute to recognition and engagement activities, including employee awards and related programs, to reinforce desired behaviours, outcomes, and culture.
- Identify interdependencies, surface emerging risks, and support leaders through structured analysis, facilitation, and clear recommendations that enable effective trade-off and decision-making.
What you will bring - Proven experience in strategy & transformation execution, and performance reporting within a complex enterprise environment, with the ability to think broadly and holistically, connect decisions to enterprise impact, and translate strategy into clear priorities and actionable plans.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines with discipline, pace execution to match business urgency, and maintain attention to detail while driving accountability for results.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and insightful reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership audiences, up to and including the Board of Directors, and to communicate a compelling narrative that brings focus, clarity, and alignment to shared priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust, foster alignment, and work effectively across business, technology, and enabling functions to move priorities forward.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and change, with a proactive mindset, optimism under pressure, and the ability to bring structure, discipline, and adaptability to evolving priorities and shifting business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to synthesize information, identify themes, seek out new knowledge and perspectives, and support sound decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence supporting leadership forums, governance processes, and cross-functional initiatives through effective facilitation, clear communication, and the ability to address issues directly, respectfully, and constructively to support progress and decision-making.

The base salary for this position is between
$90,400 - $140,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
