We are looking for a highly motivated Leasing Manager to join our Office Leasing team in Toronto.

Reporting to the Vice President, Office Leasing, you will have opportunity and responsibility to focus on a portfolio of best-in-class assets and be the primary point of contact for all Broker and Tenant relationships.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

Leasing

  • Work alongside the Office Leasing Team to execute prospective tenant tours, presentations, and customer meetings

  • Negotiate offers and leases with the assistance of our legal team

  • Work with internal and external customers ensuring a quick and seamless leasing process for all parties

  • Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with all stakeholders in our community, including tenants, brokers, designers, contractors to ensure that Oxford can continue to deliver best in class service and results

  • Work collaboratively with Asset Management, Legal, Leasing Administration support, Development, Property Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders

Marketing

  • Develop marketing strategies to maximize total portfolio returns and elevate the customer experience 

  • Lead, participate in, and coordinate marketing initiatives and leasing programs for Toronto office assets, coordinated with other members of team

  • Assist with planning and execution of vacant space preparations to achieve Oxford’s Blue Carpet program

  • Proactively identify vacant suite and common area upgrade work that would improve the leasing effort

Planning, Reporting, and Administration

  • Prepare an annual leasing plan and quarterly forecasts for your portfolio

  • Provide timely budgets and reporting to all key stakeholders including prospects, forecast, closed and lost deals reports for each building where leasing responsibilities exist KH: 

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Leasing sections for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Oxford and co-owners

  • Leveraging detailed market intelligence, provide input to manage a database of comparable transactions and market updates

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Hold a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field (considered an asset)

  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of leasing experience with a brokerage or landlord

  • Possess a valid real estate license with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)

  • Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen

  • Have proven negotiation skills, supported by excellent verbal and written communication

  • Are confident delivering compelling presentations to a variety of stakeholders

  • Thrive working independently and take initiative as a self-starter

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Are highly collaborative and team-oriented

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 per year.
