OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: The Specialty Services Operations Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling and evaluating the operations of assigned in-patient and clinical departments. Ensures the provision of high quality care and service in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors
- Experience: 3 years of healthcare experience
- Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of RN, other clinical, or leadership experience
