What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Quality Professional.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin
Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. - Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical
Therapy Examining Board. - Risk Management.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Day Shift, Monday through Friday, hours are typically 7:30 - 8:00 am to 4:30 - 5:00 pm some extended hours required during significant regulatory activity.
- Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare with a background that speaks to leadership/leadership potential, Quality/PI, and regulatory alignment.
