  • Lead multiple "high priority" initiatives at once across brands involving multiple stakeholders and functions globally.
  • Support our Transformation effort and Value Creation plan related to land products by collaborating with workstream Leads.

Operational Excellence & Ways of Working

  • Structure problem-solving, facilitate decision-making, ensure follow-ups, and present results to a senior audience.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Revenue Management, and Technology teams globally, across time zones.
  • Provide support to regional leaders to ensure alignment, successful execution, and continuity of strategic priorities.
  • Navigate complex organizational environments with curiosity and influence, building strong partnerships with our global team to enable faster execution.
