Starting Wage for this exempt position: $107,036.80-$147,180.80, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Manager of Hospitalist Operations is responsible for managing all facets of operations for the Hospitalist Program at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, including management of provider scheduling, payroll and timecard administration, quality and performance incentive programs, provider onboarding and support, operational workflows, and program development. Serves as a visible onsite leader and primary operational liaison for hospitalist physicians and advanced practice providers, working in close partnership with Hospitalist Medical Directors, nursing leadership, and key health system stakeholders.

In collaboration with physician leaders and hospital administration, ensures effective day-to-day operations of the Hospitalist Program, supports achievement of quality, service, operational, and financial goals, and promotes a positive provider experience. Ensures program operations are conducted in accordance with Asante's mission, vision, values, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Position Qualifications

Experience

• 5 years of progressive clinic and/or hospital operations experience combined with formal leadership experience is required
• Experience supporting physician and/or advanced practice provider operations- preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field is required
