- You will serve as the Business Operations Manager for a large In-Service Engineering department responsible for managing development, analysis, and review of organizational plans.
- You will analyze and project organizational, administrative, acquisition/contracts, and financial requirements for budgeting and executing the direct and overhead support required for a Navy Working Capital Fund organization.
- You will plan, monitor, and adjust for reimbursable and direct cite funds receipt and distribution.
- You will develop and establish department operational, administrative, and management policy.
- You will conduct comprehensive analysis of department operational criteria, including technical competencies to ensure department health and compliance with command goals and mission objectives.
- You will develop, formulate, and implement department planning, analysis, identification, and allocation of business and operational policies, processes, and procedures and related resources to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
