Full Job Description
The Manager, Molecule Pipeline Enablement is responsible for driving standardization, operational excellence, and scalable processes for molecule pipeline and asset management across the organization. This role plays a critical part in advancing the Molecule Tracking Growth Room initiatives by streamlining and accelerating the spec win to design in process. Through the deployment of strategic initiatives focused on molecule intelligence, tracking, and pipeline prioritization, this position directly influences Cytiva's ability to secure specification positions and expand market share in high-value drug development workflows.

This role reports to the Director, Clinical Programs Platforms and Strategy and sits within the Clinical Programs organization, based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, supporting initiatives across a global footprint.

What you will do:
  • Own the day-to-day management and governance of molecule assets, molecule pipeline prioritization, and deployment.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance molecule intelligence capabilities, establish standardized asset management practices, and adoption of tools and processes that increase operational effectiveness.
  • Lead global programs that enhance molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence to support specification wins and increase market share.
  • Establish and maintain processes, tools, and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights into molecule progression, specification status, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, translating molecule pipeline insights and performance metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership and commercial teams.


Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field. Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and the factors influencing technology selection decisions.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across a global organization.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.


Travel Requirements:
  • 25% travel to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Molecule pipeline tracking and asset management, process development, commercial enablement or related functions.
  • Technical sales, field application support, or scientific support roles focused on serving upstream or downstream development and drug development workflows.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness.
  • External molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools used to assess molecule pipelines.
  • Navigating complex global matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions, commercial and leadership stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
