Job Title: Manager, Marketing - Vichy (Dercos Haircare) US

What You Will Do: As the Marketing Manager for Vichy Dercos Haircare US, you will drive the strategic vision, brand equity, and commercial acceleration for the Vichy Dercos portfolio in the United States. This role is a premier opportunity for a highly proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial brand builder to spearhead 360° go-to-market strategies, manage business operations, and optimize omnichannel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 360° Campaign Execution & Launch Excellence: Lead and own end-to-end product launches and brand initiatives. Author and implement integrated 360° go-to-market plans across key touchpoints, partnering with cross-functional experts in Media, Digital, PR, Influencer, Medical Relations, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing.
  • Omnichannel Advocacy & Retail Strategy: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to build robust sell-in decks and commercial strategies for mass, drug, food, and e-retail channels (including Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Amazon). Track doors, distribution targets, and promotional plans to meet or exceed forecast projections.
  • Amazon Channel Optimization: Partner directly with the Amazon commercial and media teams to manage, scale, and optimize the Dercos storefront, PDPs, and specialized media levers to maximize search ranking and conversion.
  • Global & Regional Alignment: Serve as the primary US liaison to the Dercos Global Marketing team. Collaborate on launch strategy, product localization (claims, artwork, packaging compliance), and manufacturing timelines.
  • Data, Insights & Market Intelligence: Act as the strategic lead for haircare data and analytics. Leverage syndicated databases (Nielsen, IQVIA, internal sales portals) to pull, synthesize, and transform retail scan data into actionable insights regarding competitors, consumer behavior, and retailer dynamics.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Oversee and manage the haircare brand P&L with strict accountability for the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget. Work closely with Demand Planning to align on sell-out forecasts and supply chain needs, proactively monitoring production schedules and inventory risks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive brand, product, or trade marketing experience within CPG, Beauty, or OTC Pharmaceuticals.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record working with major US mass-market retailers (CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart) and a strong command of the Amazon ecosystem (retail media, search optimization, inventory management).
  • Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient in pulling and interpreting retail scan data (Nielsen/IRI) and translating complex datasets into clear, executive-ready commercial narratives.
  • Presentation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with an exceptional ability to construct visually compelling stories for both internal leadership and external retail partners.
