Reporting to the Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for managing large-scale marketing projects and developing content and social media strategies for our entertainment brands, Noovo and Crave. As a strategic reference for the team, this person plays a key role in achieving our business objectives and directly contributes to the visibility of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evolve content and social media strategies for our brands, defining editorial guidelines, content pillars, and strategic calendars.
  • Supervise and support a team of specialists in the planning, execution, and optimization of initiatives on digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end multidisciplinary marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery and success of campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of content, campaigns, and social platforms; formulate recommendations and prepare reports for management to guide future decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize our approaches.


Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, social media, or brand management.
  • Significant experience in developing content and social media strategies for consumer brands, ideally in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in team management and influential leadership.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, social platforms, and their performance indicators.
  • Solid general knowledge of the Quebec artistic, cultural, and television landscape.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com is an asset.
  • A strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
