Summary

This role is responsible for optimizing how marketing work gets done and serves as a key connector across teams, ensuring seamless workflows, strong governance, and alignment across internal partners and external vendors. This role blends hands-on execution with team leadership and is critical to enabling our Operations teams to drive a high level of performance across a national retail real estate portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and optimization of marketing workflows across traditional and digital channels, including owning intake processes and establishing clear, scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across key marketing platforms and vendors (Hubspot, CRM, Aprimo, Google, print/signage)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure optimal workflows and turnaround times, resolving roadblocks where necessary
  • Deliver operational and performance reporting to support decision-making, while ensuring accurate data and strong lead tracking across campaigns
  • Manage and develop Marketing Operations team member(s)
  • And importantly, lead with an innovation and AI-mindset, seeking opportunities to leverage automation and AI to drive operational efficiency by transforming manual processes where relevant
