Job Summary:Marketing decisions depend on data that is complete, connected, and ready to use across measurement, attribution, reporting, audience development, and investment planning. The Manager, Marketing Measurement Operations & Data will support the operating capability that makes this possible, helping ensure data requirements, conversion events, partner feeds, platform integrations, and source-to-output dependencies are clearly defined, validated, reconciled, and fit for use.
This role sits between Marketing ROI & Effectiveness, Data Science, MarTech, Data Operations, Media Operations, agencies, platforms, vendors, and data partners, helping turn complex data needs into clear requirements, workflows, controls, and accountability. The right candidate brings strong marketing data, attribution, and measurement fluency, and helps ensure teams are aligned, dependencies are closed, and Marketing can confidently use the resulting data to measure performance and make investment decisions.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:Additional Responsibilities:- Support the operating process that moves Marketing measurement data needs from business request through implementation, validation, reconciliation, and confirmed availability for reporting, measurement, audience development, and investment decisions.
- Help define what "ready to use" means for measurement inputs, including required events, mappings, taxonomy, source-to-output lineage, QA checks, known limitations, and signoff criteria.
- Help build and maintain a clear view of measurement coverage across platforms, markets, KPIs, conversion events, partner feeds, and key data sources, identifying gaps and helping drive resolution.
- Translate Marketing, Data Science, and measurement use cases into clear data, instrumentation, audience, identity, and partner requirements that technical and operational teams can execute.
- Support cross-functional intake, onboarding, and issue resolution across MarTech, Data Operations, Data Science, Media Operations, agencies, platforms, vendors, and data partners.
- Help establish durable workflows, controls, and documentation for recurring measurement-data processes, including handoffs, issue tracking, escalation paths, vendor expectations, quality reviews, and closure requirements.
- Help identify recurring data or process failure points and contribute to systemic improvements that make Marketing measurement inputs more complete, traceable, reconciled, and fit for use over time.
Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing data, measurement operations, analytics product management, marketing technology, data operations, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience contributing to a Marketing Measurement & Data Operations capability, data-enablement function, or analytics-product capability.
- Experience supporting paid-media measurement ecosystems, including digital platforms and walled gardens, agencies, media data partners, conversion events, campaign taxonomies, APIs, and platform reporting data.
- Experience with customer identity, audience data, or activation ecosystems, including first-party data, customer attributes, identity resolution, audience platforms, clean rooms, conversion APIs (CAPIs), or data-collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Epsilon, LiveRamp, Google Tag Manager (GTM), clean-room environments, or comparable audience, identity, tagging, or data-collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of data-quality concepts, including completeness, consistency, lineage, mapping, reconciliation, and downstream dependency management.
- Experience contributing to intake processes, readiness gates, acceptance criteria, SLAs, issue backlogs, escalation routines, vendor scorecards, or recurring quality-review processes.
- Familiarity with SQL or other tools used to interrogate and validate data is a plus.
- Experience operating in a large, matrixed Marketing organization, financial services, fintech, payments, commerce, or another data-intensive industry is a plus.
