Job Title: Manager, Marketing - La Roche-Posay (Cicaplast & Lipikar) US

Division: L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division

Reports To: Assistant Vice President of Marketing - La Roche-Posay

What You Will Learn: As the Marketing Manager for Cicaplast & Lipikar, you'll play a vital role in driving the growth of two key franchises for the brand. You'll gain hands-on experience in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns, managing product launches and renovations, and collaborating with key retailers. You'll also develop skills in consumer communication, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the brand's strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support the Development & Execution of Marketing Plans: Assist the Marketing AVP in creating and implementing annual marketing plans for Cicaplast & Lipikar, aligned with the brand's overall strategic objectives.
  • Manage Product Launches & Renovations: Assist with the end-to-end launch process for new products and renovations, ensuring timely execution and effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Develop Compelling Marketing Content: Create engaging content for various platforms, including digital, social media, and in-store materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and consumer relevance.
  • Conduct Market Analysis & Competitive Tracking: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage Marketing Budget & Track Performance: Monitor and track marketing spend against budget, analyzing key performance indicators to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Retailer Partners: Work closely with key retail partners to develop and execute tailored marketing programs that drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with all teams, including Product Development/DMI, PR, Medical Marketing, Media, Advocacy, Legal/Claims, Consumer Market Insights, and Commercial, to provide strategic oversight, assets, and information for all teams to execute your franchise vision.


Other key responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of presentations for sales teams, retailer presentations, and training materials for beauty advisors.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Engagement team on influencer marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Support the Medical Marketing team in developing compelling, patient-centric messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal marketing campaigns and product kits.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the comp creation process for cross-functional team use.
  • Act as the person of contact for the Caribe La Roche-Posay team to ensure continuity and communication of national La Roche-Posay strategy.
  • Manage sample and tester forecast for team.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience. Beauty/Skincare a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office: Ability to create high impact presentations and proficiency in telling a cohesive story
  • Ability to influence team members and leadership
  • Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet multiple, competing deadlines
  • Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% of time, including occasional weekend conference commitments.
