Full Job Description
The anticipated annual salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is outlined below. Estimated pay ranges that are provided on various social media sites are not representative of NORR's range for this position.

This role reports into the above mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home or from a NORR office.

The Manager, Global Marketing, plays a role in advancing NORR's integrated corporate, sector-based, and personalization content strategy. The Manager will collaborate with professionals across the organization to align content strategy with broader business objectives to build brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

You Will Make an Impact by
  • Contributing to brand positioning and narratives including all elements of Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends
  • Defining, measuring and reporting on the impact of content strategy against key performance indicators
  • Researching and identifying AI-powered tools and platforms to advance the personalization of content as part of the channel strategy
  • Collaborating with sector-based teams to plan, develop, research, write and execute content/ marketing strategies to reach target audiences
  • Leading integrated campaigns that connect earned, owned, digital, and social channels
  • Balancing workload with deadline response times required by pursuits, clients and market opportunities
  • Leading editorial calendars, media outreach, and video productions
  • Overseeing the delivery of marketing initiatives based on established timelines and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards

You will Bring to the Team
  • Education: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Experience: 10 years in marketing within the AEC industry across private and public sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and storytelling
  • Knowledge: Advanced Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, OpenAsset, Meltwater, Hootsuite, SEMRush, and social media platforms are assets.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, internal equity and skills.
