The Manager, Marketing is responsible to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase awareness of CCC, strengthen engagement with Canadian exporters and international government buyers, and generate qualified inquiries for CCC services. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications and Marketing, the Manager plays a key role in advancing CCC's growth objectives through an integrated approach to brand management, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
What you'll be doing- Develops and executes CCC's annual marketing strategy, operational plan, and budget, aligning initiatives with corporate priorities, business objectives, and growth targets.
- Optimizes investment across brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation activities to maximize business impact and support growth.
- Leads brand awareness and market positioning strategies that strengthen CCC's visibility, reputation, and value proposition among key audiences and stakeholders.
- Oversees integrated brand-building initiatives, including thought leadership, executive visibility, content, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Leads integrated demand generation strategies and campaigns that drive qualified opportunities and support business development objectives.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align marketing programs with sales priorities, leveraging digital, content, email, social, search, advertising, and event channels
- Leads the development and optimization of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and customer experiences to enhance engagement, accessibility, and conversion outcomes.
- Provides mentoring, coaching, and performance management for Marketing team members
What you'll bring to CCC - Completion of university degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree is an asset
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing operations, with a minimum of five (5) years in a management role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Bilingual in both Official Languages required B-B-B
