Who we need

Reporting to the Account Director, we are hiring a Manager, Marketing and Partnerships to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic objectives of a financial institution partnership within the Scene+ loyalty program through account management and strategic planning. You will support the Account Director with developing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), develop data-driven insights that drive account planning, track and report on key KPIs, and oversee project and meeting management. You will ensure the seamless integration of the key account's business objectives into operational initiatives, enhancing the member experience and achieving measurable results.

This job posting is for a full-time, hybrid role, working three days per week on-site at our Toronto office.

As our new Manager, Marketing and Partnerships, you will:
  • Drive partner objectives. You will build relationships with key stakeholders at our partner organization and establish yourself as a trusted, strategic resource who can think critically and present deeper insights. You will collaborate closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams, including the Data Analytics, Marketing and Operations teams, to design and execute programs that deliver on business goals.
  • Analyze and report on data-driven insights. You will monitor performance and track KPIs for a key strategic account within Scene+ using dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics. You will identify market trends, competitive movement, and growth opportunities. You will present actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic account planning and development.
  • Steer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will support with the preparation and delivery of QBRs, integrating KPI progress, strategic insights, and cross-functional updates. You will gather input from internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will provide clear findings, actionable recommendations, and follow-up plans to support informed decision-making with external stakeholders .
  • Manage meetings and projects. You will coordinate external and internal meetings, establishing clear agendas, tracking progress, and distributing meeting notes. You will oversee project timelines, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on action plans and deliverables to ensure effective project management.

  • The account management expertise. You have experience in strategic account or partnerships management, ideally within loyalty or financial institutions. You have a track record of monitoring performance KPIs, producing data-driven reports, and delivering actionable recommendations.   • The project management skills. You have strong business acumen and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives.   • The relationship-building skills. You are an exceptional communicator with strong collaboration skills. At Scene+, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and market competitive. Our salary ranges are designed to represent the progression from learning the role to truly mastering it.

This role has a minimum base salary of $85K and a maximum base salary of $95K Our approach to compensation supports each person's unique knowledge, skills, abilities, complexity of the role and balances it with internal equity to support a fair and competitive salary. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise, while offers closer to the minimum reflect strong potential with room to develop.
