Full Job Description
What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a strategic, analytically driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team and play a pivotal role in how we measure, understand, and accelerate marketing performance. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and strategy, and who is energized by turning complex information into clear decisions that move the business forward.

In this role, you will be the analytical engine behind our marketing organization, transforming multi-source data into insights that sharpen strategy, optimize investment, and drive pipeline growth. You will partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to build the measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and sharp business acumen. You are as comfortable building a sophisticated attribution model as you are presenting findings to a senior leadership team. You do not just report on what happened; you diagnose why it happened and recommend what to do next. If you are motivated by solving hard analytical problems, influencing how a growth-stage organization invests in marketing, and building the data foundation that scales with the business, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead marketing performance analysis: Own end-to-end analysis of campaign, digital, and demand generation performance, going beyond reporting to diagnose root causes, surface emerging trends, and deliver recommendations that directly accelerate pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
  • Define and measure success: Architect and continuously evolve marketing KPI frameworks and measurement methodologies that create a clear line of sight between marketing activities and business outcomes, including pipeline generation, revenue influence, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Deliver strategic insights: Transform complex, multi-source datasets into concise, decision-ready narratives that drive marketing strategy, sharpen budget allocation, and unlock program performance while communicating findings with clarity to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Finance, driving alignment on data definitions, attribution models, and reporting standards to ensure a single source of truth for performance metrics.
  • Build scalable reporting and dashboards: Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards and a robust reporting infrastructure that deliver real-time visibility into marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages, enabling faster and more confident decision-making.
  • Conduct advanced analysis: Lead sophisticated analytical initiatives including funnel conversion analysis, cohort studies, multi-touch attribution modeling, and forward-looking performance trend forecasting to guide strategic marketing investments and resource prioritization.
  • Leverage AI and automation to drive insights: Integrate AI-powered tools and automated analytics workflows to accelerate data processing, uncover deeper patterns in marketing performance, and deliver predictive insights that keep the marketing organization ahead of trends and competitive shifts.
  • Ensure data quality and governance: Champion data integrity by establishing and enforcing consistent data definitions, reporting standards, and documentation practices, building the reliable analytical foundation that the business depends on for accurate performance measurement.
  • Support strategic planning: Act as a key analytical contributor to marketing planning cycles, delivering rigorous, data-driven forecasts, scenario models, and goal-setting frameworks that ground ambition in evidence and drive organizational accountability.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree, with 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
  • Experience working within a B2B marketing organization, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality

The Whole Person Promise:

At Bandwidth, we're pretty proud of our corporate culture, which is rooted in our "Whole Person Promise." We promise all employees that they can have meaningful work AND a full life, and we provide a work environment geared toward enriching your body, mind, and spirit. How do we do that? Well...
  • 100% company-paid Medical, Vision, & Dental coverage for you and your family with low deductibles and low out-of-pocket expenses.
  • All new hires receive four weeks of PTO.
  • PTO Embargo. When you take time off (of any kind!) you're embargoed from working. Bandmates and managers are not allowed to interrupt your PTO - not even with email.
  • Additional PTO can be earned throughout the year through volunteer hours and Bandwidth challenges.
  • "Mahalo moments" program grants additional time off for life's most important moments like graduations, buying a first home, getting married, wedding anniversaries (every five years), and the birth of a grandchild.
  • 90-Minute Workout Lunches and unlimited meetings with our very own nutritionist.

Are you excited about the position and its responsibilities, but not sure if you're 100% qualified? Do you feel you can work to help us crush the mission? If you answered 'yes' to both of these questions, we encourage you to apply! You won't want to miss the opportunity to be a part of the BAND.
