Job DescriptionThe Manager Manufacturing Engineering provides leadership in implementing the production plan by identifying strategies to improve production and ensuring that quality objectives are being met.
Responsibilities- Identify and implement strategies to improve production
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
- Develop and report out against key performance indicators
- Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
- Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
- Manage the department to ensure the efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
- Yield Management
QualificationsExperience:
Bachelors Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field. OR Masters Degree: Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field.Additional Information This position may require access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition of any job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you may need to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
