You will also manage the day-to-day business operations of our legal AI platforms, developing the product knowledge needed to support users and drive improvements.

The right candidate brings strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach. You take ownership of problems, establish clear responsibilities and follow-through, and continually improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

Program operations and service delivery
  • Translate program priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Manage pilots, deployments, and other innovation projects across concurrent workstreams; anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues, and escalate decisions with clear recommendations.
  • Build and improve operating processes for intake, prioritization, user provisioning and offboarding, license allocation, support, and product updates.
  • Work with lawyers and business professionals to clarify needs, document requirements, and coordinate delivery with legal and technical specialists.

AI platform operations
  • Serve as the day-to-day business owner for designated platforms, such as Harvey, CoCounsel, and DeepJudge, developing strong working knowledge of their capabilities and practical applications.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and coordinate configuration changes, feature evaluation, testing, and rollout with vendors and internal teams.
  • Organize onboarding, training, and communications with Information Services, Learning & Development, vendors, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage support requests through resolution, investigating issues, answering product questions, and engaging specialists as needed.
  • Monitor adoption, license utilization, costs, and outcomes; recommend improvements and support renewal, expansion, or replacement decisions.
  • Maintain clear, current documentation, shared guidance, templates, and training resources.

Governance and coordination
  • Implement established AI governance procedures, coordinating required reviews, testing, and approvals with the responsible firm functions.
  • Maintain solution inventories, approval records, and review schedules; incorporate approved policies and client requirements into operating processes.
  • Coordinate approved responses to AI-related client questionnaires and RFPs and route outside counsel guideline requirements to the appropriate experts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technology or innovation projects from planning through implementation and ongoing operations.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including managing dependencies, competing priorities, stakeholder commitments, and delivery risks.
  • A track record of building or improving processes and systems that make a team or function more effective.
  • Experience managing or supporting technology products, with the ability and interest to develop strong hands-on platform knowledge.
  • Sound operational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve problems and follow through independently.
  • Clear communication and a service-oriented approach, with experience supporting users, delivering training, or improving adoption.
  • Law firm or professional-services experience preferred.
