Learning Strategy & Business Consulting • Partner with business leaders, product teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and performance challenges. • Consult with stakeholders to identify the most effective learning and enablement solutions, recommending alternatives when training is not the appropriate intervention. • Define learning approaches that balance learner needs, business priorities, operational constraints, and long-term scalability. • Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational learning capabilities and learner experience. People Leadership & Capability Development • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Learning Experience Designers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Build team capability across instructional design, consulting, content development, learning technologies, AI, accessibility, and emerging digital learning practices. • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management while supporting career growth and professional development. • Establish clear expectations and promote consistent application of design standards, templates, and best practices. Learning Design Practice & Content Operations • Establish and continuously evolve instructional design standards, methodologies, templates, and governance practices that improve quality and consistency across learning experiences. • Oversee content operations, including portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, resource allocation, review processes, publishing, maintenance, and lifecycle management. • Ensure learning assets remain accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with changing business and product needs. • Drive continuous improvement of workflows that increase efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality. Learning Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement • Define success measures for learning initiatives and evaluate effectiveness using learner feedback, assessment results, operational metrics, and business performance indicators. • Analyze learning data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements that increase learner engagement and business impact. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen instructional quality, operational efficiency, and overall learner experience.
