Our new Manager for Leadership Development will support the design and delivery of exceptional leadership development programs for Managers as well as support our leadership development and succession planning processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a Manager role where you will work with a dedicated team contributing to firm-wide impact.

As our Manager, Leadership Development, you will:
• Manage program nominations and reporting for Manager and Senior Manager leadership programs, aligning with leadership development strategy and with support from the Senior Manager, Leadership Development.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Leadership Development, to design Manager level program content for People Manager development.
• Support leadership development programs as needed, including program planning and tracking.
• Project manage all aspects of the Partner panel process, supporting the Chief People & Culture Officer and Firm leaders.
• Track activity and engagement of our internal Partner coach community and generate reporting as needed.
• Support People & Culture teams with design and facilitation of programs, as needed (eg. Vibrant Communities, Vital programming)
• Facilitate on Manager level leadership development programs, as needed.
• Be passionate about creating an exceptional experience for leadership development program participants, their People Managers, sponsors and People & Culture Experience team.
• Collaborate with our People & Culture Experience and Learning & Development teams to leverage Firm learning ecosystems and processes to create a seamless and inspiring participant experience.
• Build trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and across People & Culture teams to ensure leadership development programs and activities contribute to our Firm measures of success.

• Completed post-secondary education. Professional certification or experience in a leadership development or coaching environment strongly preferred.
• Experience of facilitating skills/development workshops for Managers.
• Experience of collaborating across teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the Firm.
• Strengths in working as part of a team and adapting as priorities evolve.
• Desire to seek and act on feedback to grow and strengthen skills and behaviour.
• Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, along with the ability to work effectively and successfully with multiple priorities.
• Passionate about being part of a team that develops leaders, unlocks people's potential and inspires mindset shifts that will have impact at the individual, team and Firm-wide level.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors-your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $87,300-$100,000 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
