Lab Manager will be responsible for a team that leads, manages and coordinates complex projects and the activities of multi-location core teams to meet business goals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Organizes project and task workloads and selects individuals most qualified for assignments to lead specific engineering projects.
- Directs project managers to ensure progress according to technical objectives, within budgetary and schedule guidelines.
- Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.
- Ensures team members appropriately facilitate the scoping of projects and overall execution plan.
What We Are Looking For- Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Expert ability to integrate engineering, supply chain and manufacturing elements.
- Expert ability to integrate business, marketing, and technical elements.
- Broad understanding of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $142,000-$185,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
