Full Job Description
This position works in the Applied Underwriters Claims Division. You will oversee a team of individuals that identify, collect and preserve for use information regarding business processes, legal, statutory, and regulatory provisions. This management position will establish the architecture for our knowledge management platform and ensure its consistent use and presentation of information. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, combined with the training and tools we provide, will prepare you for success in this fast-paced and rewarding career.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication.
  • Three years of successful Project Management, Content Management, or Certified Knowledge Manager/Specialist credentials.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Technologically adept with strong knowledge and utilization of software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, and Miro.
  • Experience and knowledge with the use of HTML programing or ability to self-learn.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
