The Software Deployment Manager leads one or more software deployment teams, balancing people leadership, delivery execution, and technical oversight. This role is responsible for building high performing teams, ensuring consistent deployment of high quality software, and aligning engineering outcomes with business objectives. People Leadership 3 Lead, coach, and develop engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management 3 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement 3 Support career development, skill growth, and succession planning 3 Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team composition planning 3 Use strong communication skills to deliver meaningful feedback, align expectations, and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
