What you will do:- Manage the Inside Sales team
- Establish team and individual goals, and hold individuals accountable for meeting expectations
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, order processing and order management for current customer base.
- Listen to, champion and support the Inside Sales teams to be effective on the phone and drive results for the company.
- Tactical reviews conducted through the Disciplined Sales Process (DSP) Dashboards
- A/R Dispute resolution with credit for disputed invoices
- Transactional Sales Management
- Vacation, Sick and timecard review.
- Daily Order Reviews to prevent mistakes.
- Inside Sales Meeting, Trainings and Tailgates
- Build sense of teamwork and pride; guide team in prioritizing tasks and projects
- Provide development opportunities for team members to expand their professional knowledge and capabilities
- Perform cadenced reviews on each Inside Sales Representative
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
What you will bring:- Electrical experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
- 3 - 5 years' of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Location: This role is based in San Diego, Ca.
Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary from early morning to later evenings depending on business needs.
Salary Range:- This is an exempt position that pays $82,200 - $104,800 annually.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
