Are you a strategic sourcing professional who thrives on building partnerships, driving value, and leading complex supplier initiatives?

Hubbell is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Professional Services to lead sourcing strategies across key categories including Travel, Fleet, Marketing, HR Services, Contingent Labor, and IT-related services. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and the business to negotiate contracts, optimize supplier performance, manage risk, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Interfaces & Governance
  • Serve as the primary sourcing partner to stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Units, providing category expertise, market insights, and strategic supplier guidance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, performance management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, supplier risk management practices, delegated authority requirements, and corporate objectives.

  • Deliver measurable business value through cost savings, supplier performance improvements, risk mitigation, and successful sourcing outcomes.

A Day In The Life

As the Sourcing Manager - Professional Services, you will partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and business units to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value, manage risk, and support business goals. You'll lead sourcing initiatives across a diverse portfolio including Travel, Fleet, Marketing, HR Services, Contingent Labor, and other Professional Services categories. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, spend analytics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver cost savings, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Success requires strong business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.Category Management & Strategy
  • Lead sourcing strategies across key Professional Services categories, including Travel & Meetings, Fleet, Marketing, HR Services, Contingent Labor, and IT-related services.
  • Develop and execute category strategies that optimize cost, service, quality, and risk.


Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Lead RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management.
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms to maximize value.
  • Drive supplier performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting supplier selection, issue resolution, and service optimization.


Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze spend, savings, supplier performance, and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for sourcing leadership and key stakeholders.


Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate supplier, labor, and service continuity risks.
  • Support sourcing strategies for emerging business needs and new initiatives.


Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Promote sourcing best practices, process improvements, and policy compliance.
  • Benchmark performance, monitor market dynamics, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and business value.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, MIS, or other technical or business field
  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement, involving sourcing activities servicing Corporate needs for Travel, Fleet, Marketing or other Professional Services, as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated negotiation experience
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of service-based contracting (MSAs, SOWs)


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working with SAP and Power BI
  • Understanding of commodity markets
  • Master's degree/other professional certificate(s) a plus
  • Exposure to global sourcing environments
  • Comfortable with use of AI as relevant to assigned category
