Job DescriptionWe're looking for a hands-on Indirect Procurement Manager to lead North America overhead spend within a broader Source-to-Pay (S2P) organization. This role owns end-to-end strategic sourcing execution, supplier relationships, and stakeholder partnership across indirect categories that support the business-but are not tied to direct manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities May Include:- Execute sourcing strategies across spend categories to ensure value creation, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high levels of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements, ensuring that contracts are aligned with global procurement policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, implementing KPIs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Manage cost reduction initiatives and identify areas for further cost efficiency and improvement across procurement categories.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and regulatory requirements, providing guidance on governance and best practices.
- Support the implementation of global and regional procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers on its objectives and contributes to the overall success of the procurement function.

About the RoleYou'll manage
one direct report (based in Orlando) while personally leading sourcing initiatives across North America. This role requires strong execution, disciplined sourcing practices, and the ability to balance value, service, and governance.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Own North America indirect overhead sourcing (approximately $XX M+ spend)
- Lead and coach through a structured 7-step strategic sourcing process
- Run RFPs/RFXs independently and ensure fairness, governance, and ESG alignment
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes
- Manage supplier relationships, including QBRs, performance improvement, and contract management
- Drive optimized value (service, quality, risk, and cost-not price alone)
- Coach and develop one direct report while remaining hands-on in execution
- Operate effectively within a regionalized, decentralized procurement model

Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience (industry agnostic)
- Proven experience managing $40M+ indirect spend
- Strong working knowledge of formal strategic sourcing processes
- Experience with CLM / P2P systems (Coupa, SAP, Ariba, MRP, or similar)
- Ability to lead sourcing events end-to-end and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable operating without signatory authority
Preferred Qualifications- Prior people leadership experience or leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Category exposure to IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, or Transportation
- Experience managing regional suppliers
- Strong supplier relationship management background
