This role is designed for a strategic executor who can lead high-impact business initiatives from concept through implementation. You will partner closely with commercial, supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key priorities, establish clear governance, maintain executive-level communication, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset to complex business challenges, anticipate risks and opportunities, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications- Background in Commercial Operations, Consulting, Business Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Customer Experience, or a related field
- Experience supporting customer-focused or commercial growth initiatives in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform basic analysis and develop impactful business presentations
- Experience leading teams, coaching associates, or managing direct reports preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

- Oversees, coaches, and fosters the growth of direct reports, while providing guidance and support to ensure tasks align with project goals.
- Identifies potential risks associated with project execution and develops strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Responds to and resolves escalated issues during or after implementation, while troubleshooting and recommending solutions to proposed challenges.
- Reports on the progress and performance of initiatives to the senior team and other stakeholders.
- Implements best practices and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
