Position Summary:As a Manager II, Implementation on our Enterprise Add-On team, you will lead a group of Implementation Consultants focused on delivering technical integration solutions for SPS Commerce's enterprise customers, including some of the most recognized household brand names in retail. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of customer retention and growth. The Add-On space is evolving fast, and this team is at the center of that transformation, adopting new tools including AI, building new processes, and pushing the market forward. We're looking for a leader who can set clear expectations, move quickly through ambiguity, hold the line on accountability, and keep customers at the center of everything.
What You'll Do:- Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants, holding regular 1:1s, conducting performance reviews, and driving career development conversations
- Set a high bar for team behavior, accountability, and customer focus - modeling the right attitude and creating momentum that retains customers and drives success in the Add-On space
- Manage project assignments and workload across the team, balancing speed with quality to meet customer expectations in a fast-moving environment
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success to maintain strong touchpoints across the customer lifecycle and support long-term customer success in the enterprise portfolio
- Lead and contribute to process development and transformation efforts as the team builds new ways of working, including adoption of AI-powered tools
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement discussions and implement changes that improve delivery, escalation handling, staffing, and prioritization
- Provide regular coaching and feedback on the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of customer and internal deliverables
Where You'll Work:This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of management experience (formal or informal)
- Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Data-driven mindset with experience developing and using metrics to inform business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve goals without direct authority over all personnel
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across clients, sales, marketing, development, technology, and support teams
- Demonstrated experience completing IT or service implementation projects preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain, the retail industry, and EDI preferred
- Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization preferred

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $94,800 - $141,700. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
