Role Details
  • Work Location - Toronto, ON
  • Hybrid Environment - three days in office, two days work from home. Subject to change
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $108,000 - $130,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor to leaders, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with the business to drive workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and terminations
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach on people-related strategy and execution
  • Support and execute core talent programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Lead organizational change initiatives (e.g., restructures, workforce transitions), ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, grounded in employment law and best practices
  • Support communication and change management strategies to enable effective business transformation
  • Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Support development of HR policies and employee communications aligned with business priorities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support with recruitment process
  • Occasional travel to other facilities within the GTA is required
