Full Job Description
The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted People & Culture partner to business leaders in Needham, providing HR consulting and coaching that connects people priorities to business outcomes. As the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll advise leaders across talent, performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change while partnering with People & Culture teams to deliver key talent initiatives. Success in this role requires someone who can communicate for impact, navigate complex people challenges with confidence, and bring a rarely satisfied mindset to continuously improve how we support our associates and leaders. Responsibilities • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent, rewards, hiring, and organizational effectiveness. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams on workforce planning, succession planning, high-potential development, and other talent priorities. • Support organizational change, including organizational design, talent integration, and evolving business needs. • Lead HR programs and projects independently, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions. • Use people data and insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and improve organizational effectiveness. Skills Required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering or strategic HR consulting. • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employment practices. • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders and navigate difficult or complex people challenges. • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization preferred. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
