Job Summary:

As a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be more than an HR professional-you'll be a trusted advisor, strategic problem solver, leadership coach, and culture champion. You'll partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, develop talent, navigate change, and create an exceptional employee experience that supports our mission of advancing America's clean energy future.

What You Will Do:

Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and change management. You'll coach leaders through complex employee relations matters, leverage workforce data to identify trends and opportunities, support succession planning and leadership development, and collaborate across the HR team to deliver programs that help employees and the business thrive, and ensure all work aligns with Centrus' safety, quality, and compliance standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner
  • 2+ years of experience leading or coaching HR professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence business decisions
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational behavior, and Human Resources best practices
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or complex organizational structures
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and workforce data to drive business decisions
  • An active "Q" clearance

Estimated starting Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certifications, and geographic location. Actual compensation within this range will reflect these considerations.
