Join our GTM Strategy & Planning team, the control room driving Gong's revenue trajectory. We operate at the intersection of elite data engineering, revenue intelligence, and executive strategy. As "Customer Zero," you will leverage the world's richest B2B GTM dataset to architect the systems, insights, and frameworks that define our go-to-market direction. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our Revenue and Executive leadership, transforming complex signals into actionable bets that shape our product focus, market expansion, and revenue health. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical rigor with high-level strategic impact at the forefront of the Revenue AI revolution. RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive GTM strategy across all customer segments through data and insights • Deeply contribute to the GTM planning cycle, work as the strategic thought partner to the revenue leadership teams and collaborate with Finance, HR, and GTM Ops teams to set an ambitious growth vision • Develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypotheses generation, deep analytical analysis, and executive ready output • Support the real time outlook on the business (forecast) for our customer business, while challenging conventional wisdom and building novel approaches across the business funnel • Build powerful, executive level reporting to enable effective decision making • Connect the dots through data across the GTM organization across Customer Success, Support, Services and more. The annual salary hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
