Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst, GSS Strategy & Operations supports organizational effectiveness, performance measurement, and strategic communications across Global Security & Safety (GSS), with a primary focus on the Global Intelligence & Operations Center (GIOC). The role turns operational data and stakeholder input into practical recommendations that improve processes, clarify responsibilities, strengthen resource planning, and help leadership make informed decisions. The position also partners with the GSS communications team to develop proactive, evidence-based communications that explain the organization's value and identify areas where additional awareness, engagement, or guidance is needed.
Essential FunctionsProcess and Organizational Optimization - Assess workflows, operating models, handoffs, governance structures, and resource needs across GIOC and other GSS functions.
- Identify process gaps, duplication, unclear ownership, and capacity constraints, and develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
- Support implementation of approved improvements by documenting future-state processes, responsibilities, milestones, and measures of success.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, process maps, training materials, and other tools that support consistent execution and knowledge continuity.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and translate it into actionable improvements to GSS services, processes, and engagement.
Analytics, Measurement, and Decision Support - Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that measure operational activity, service delivery, workforce trends, stakeholder needs, and program outcomes.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, vulnerabilities, service gaps, and opportunities for stronger coordination or proactive communication.
- Establish clear performance measures and data definitions in partnership with regional and functional owners, and support reliable data collection and reporting practices.
- Translate complex findings into concise, decision-ready insights and recommendations for GSS leaders and business partners.
- Use data to help prioritize improvement initiatives and evaluate whether changes are producing the intended results.
Strategic Communications and Storytelling - Partner with the GSS communications team and regional and functional leaders to support proactive communications, awareness campaigns, executive updates, presentations, and other stakeholder materials.
- Use operational data, outcomes, and examples to communicate the value and impact of GSS programs in a clear, credible, and audience-appropriate way.
- Identify areas where data indicates limited awareness, inconsistent engagement, or emerging vulnerability, and recommend targeted communications or education.
- Help maintain a consistent narrative, message structure, and evidence base across GSS communications while ensuring content reflects operational realities.
Project and Stakeholder Management - Manage cross-functional improvement projects from scoping through delivery, including workplans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with GSS teams and relevant business partners to validate findings, build alignment, and support adoption of recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver clear written and verbal briefings for leaders and stakeholders.
- Balance planned initiatives with emerging priorities in a global security environment.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications - MBA/Master degree program with 4+ years relevant work experience, graduating May 2026 - August 2027
- Experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, program management, analytics, communications, consulting, or a related function.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and business processes, identify meaningful trends, and develop practical recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
- Experience working across functions and with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Strong project management, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence and data visualization platform.
- Experience designing dashboards, performance measures, surveys, or executive reporting.
- Experience with process mapping, operating model assessment, workforce or resource analysis, change management, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience supporting strategic or employee communications and using data to shape communication priorities.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, training materials, or knowledge-management resources.
- Experience in corporate security, intelligence, resilience, risk management, safety, or another complex global operating environment.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $122,720 - $132,080 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
