Manager Go-To-Market Operations

As the hub of the brand, the adidas North America Product Merchandising team drives how our products show up to serve the consumer and elevate our experience. We are brand-led storytellers who build product offerings that connect with and inspire our consumer. We build assortments that are brand led, consumer right and appropriately segmented to win in the NAM marketplace.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Backbone of operational processes for account-facing GTM milestones: Provide infrastructure, manage deliverables across categories and functions, drive mindset and capabilities to execute global and market direction that allow Product and Brand teams to focus on their tasks in a consistent and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end GTM process for commercial-facing milestones, providing calendar planning and timeline management, resource infrastructure, clear communication of objectives along with roles and responsibilities, direction on deliverables and outputs, and the overall communication for milestones.
  • Build, refine and finalize account-facing agendas to customize flow, timing blocks, room assignments and individual account needs.
  • Utilizing planning and project management methods to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Delivering processes and workback schedules to focus on reducing internal complexity, providing timeline transparency, and clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Own pre- and post-milestone communication plans, including document creation, collecting and organizing relevant information, and delivery to required stakeholders.
  • Maintain a communication cadence with all teams and cross-functional partners, including Product Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Wholesale Sales and DTC Buying/Planning to create a premium and consistent experience across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with Global Marketing Operations/Global GTM counterparts and ensure all necessary business planning and execution tools are completed and shared.
  • Develop and maintain feedback tracking mechanisms. Compile and communicate milestone feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct teardowns and hind-sighting exercises focused on process improvement, milestone needs and expectations, outputs, and cross functional coordination.
  • Liaise with Canada orgs to align on processes and deliver NAM efficiency.
  • Foster GTM best practices, facilitate training and build tools to deliver a consistent Product Merchandising approach.
  • Contribute to other GTM Operations projects, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in business/marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in an operations or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
