Job: Manager, Global Marketing - Garnier DMI

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision
  • Manage US Category Growth Plan development
  • Strategic influence of Global launch Plan, to ensure US needs are captured.
  • Strategic influence over US marketing, to ensure plan is adopted.
  • Prepare for Management & US meetings
  • Manage US country relationships & communication for the category
  • Prepare for Key Retailer Innovation Meetings

Project Management
  • Draft and adapt product concepts to US needs
  • Handle Financial/Economic equations with US & DMI Finance teams
  • Manage R&I / Industry coordination
  • Handle claims alignment & approvals with US legal team
  • Artwork Process - lead from brief to final approval
  • Manage product portfolio & US specific development in a timely manner & excellence
  • Understand and decode rising trends as well as identify white space opportunities to incorporate into the plan.
  • Own & Develop US formulas, killer claims, star ingredients, as well as consult on globally led projects ensuring relevancy to US marketplace.
  • Extract, manage & analyze competitor and consumer data generating strategic insights for decision making

CMI
  • Research plan coordination (brief & testing plan & testing material development).
  • Participate in US Focus Groups & share learnings with Global team.

Content
  • Consult on Global & US-specific IMC development
  • US claims & legal validation
  • Collaborate with content team to ensure US needs are captured


Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:
  • BA degree required.
  • 3+ years of Industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
  • Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Prior experience in Global Marketing preferred

  • Salary Range: Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
