What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering licensed product assortments, while directly overseeing product strategy, assortment planning, product development, and commercialization for one or more of Crocs' key strategic partners. This includes partner portal and product line manager maintenance.
  • Build seasonal and long-range product roadmaps that translate partnership strategies into actionable product plans that drive growth, consumer relevance, and business performance.
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Global Partnerships to build category, franchise, and partnership strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Own end-to-end product execution, including product briefing, line planning, cross-functional alignment, and commercialization across multiple categories and global markets.
  • Leverage consumer, competitive, and business insights to make product decisions, find opportunities and risks, and optimize revenue, margin, and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary product leader, building strong external relationships, aligning partner objectives with Crocs business goals, and influencing stakeholders across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and regional teams.
  • Analyze business performance and consumer insights to drive product decisions and find opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform future product decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with licensors and external partners to understand brand priorities, key initiatives, and future opportunities.
  • Help identify new partnership opportunities across entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle, and emerging cultural platforms.
  • Drive collaboration across Marketing, Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to deliver best-in-class product.
  • Align stakeholders and create solutions around priorities, timelines, opportunities, and risks throughout the product creation process.
  • Coach and develop talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional influence.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, product management, merchandising, or category management.
  • Previous people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Experience managing entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle, or consumer brand partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of product creation, merchandising, assortment planning, and commercialization processes.
  • Proven ability to build cases, develop forecasts, and leverage data to drive decision making.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creativity, consumer insights, and commercial objectives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
  • Lead with independence and thrive in ambiguity, driving priorities forward and making sound decisions with limited direction while aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage business and sales insights to anticipate needs, find opportunities and risks, and proactively shape product and commercial decisions.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
