Full Job Description
Position Overview:

The Manager Franchising, TH Canada will support the franchisee lifecycle including franchisee recruitment, recognizing franchisee milestones, awarding franchisee extensions and supporting franchise sale transactions. The Manager will support the strategic plans to grow our franchisee base nationwide. This position will work directly with franchisee candidates, external vendors and internally with Field Operations, Operations Training, Communications Team, and Legal.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop and execute the national recruiting strategy to attract high-quality franchisee candidates, while providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support national growth
• Implement and execute strategic initiatives to increase the quantity of highly-qualified applicants
• Assess the strategic needs and priorities across the nation in liaison with the Field Operations team
• Analyze franchisee metrics to evaluate success of new franchisee placements
• Continuously improves the franchisee life-cycle experience, from initial application through onboarding, to strengthen brand perception and long-term success
• Support succession planning and internal candidate development to ensure a sustainable pipeline of future operators
• Manage and develop strategy for the owner recognition program
• Liaise with the Communications Team to execute on owner recognition initiatives
• Support the Performance & Expandability (P&E) model, the internal franchisee success system used to evaluate franchisee performance and drive growth decisions
• Develop and maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track key owner information and data

Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business, finance, franchising, or a related field
• University degree in business, communications, hospitality, economics, finance or related
• Strong preference for a bilingual candidate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities
• Ability to establish and build effective relationships and to work collaboratively with others to set and achieve goals
• Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, using good judgement to resolve issues

Base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
